Executive Director

Landon Sanderson is a student at the University of Toronto and a passionate advocate for social change and 2SLGBTQ+ rights. He is the Founder + Executive Director of Walk The Rainbow, where he uses his skills and experiences to advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ population in Manitoba, especially youth. 

With a keen interest in human rights and politics, Landon is committed to using his platform in the non-profit sector to uplift marginalized voices, and to break down stigma through activism and education. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friend and family, volunteering, and being involved with musical theatre!

Heidi is a Manitoba Métis woman and a passionate advocate within the 2SLGBTQ+ community, dedicated to advancing social justice for marginalized groups. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Manitoba—equipping her with a robust foundation in gender equality, human rights, and mental health advocacy.
